Jon is a journeyman plumber and gas fitter in our construction department who excels in providing top-notch plumbing services in Turner Valley and surrounding areas in the Foothills. He is a long-time Turner Valley resident and has lived in the area for about 10 years with his wife and two kids. 

Jon is a standout member of our team, known for his consistently positive attitude that brightens the workplace. His ability to handle the stress of large, complex projects with ease showcases his excellent project management skills. Jon's unwavering commitment to getting things done efficiently and effectively has not gone unnoticed.

In addition to his impressive work ethic, Jon's great customer relations skills have left a lasting, positive impression on our clients. His friendly demeanour and attentive service make him highly deserving of being recognized as our employee of the month.

Successfully Navigating Large Plumbing Projects in the Foothills: Jon's Journey With Us

Jon has a wonderful sense of humour and jokes that he doesn’t have enough fingers to count just how long he has been in the trade. His many years of experience in plumbing and gas fitting, as well as his great attitude, make him an excellent addition to our team and are sure happy to have him. Jon’s career in plumbing and gas fitting at G.M. Mechanical began in 2020, and over the years, he has continued to impress with his positive approach to work and how he navigates bigger plumbing projects in the Foothills. 

In particular, Jon stood out during a 1-year project where G.M. Mechanical provided commercial plumbing and HVAC services to a Black Diamond-based veterinary clinic. Jon's impressive project management skills help contribute to our team's success in executing large-scale projects and keeping our customers happy.

Jon's Favourite Aspects of His Career in Plumbing and Gas Fitting at G.M. Mechanical

When we asked Jon what his favourite part of his job as a journeyman plumber and gas fitter at G.M. Mechanical was, in his typical and highly appreciated humorous style, he responded that it’s a toss-up between going home and the paycheck. Jon’s ability to joke around while still achieving great results is truly admirable.
