This certification isn’t just a title; it represents Teresa’s tireless work in ensuring that we all go home safely at the end of the day.
Her dedication to our safety protocols shows her genuine care for each of us, and we know that her efforts are a major reason we continue to meet high safety standards year after year.

Many of us jokingly say that Teresa’s hardest job is keeping our management from overspending! Her pragmatic approach and financial insight have saved the company countless times from overextending budgets.
Her advice reminds us to stay grounded and realistic in our spending. Teresa understands the balance between innovation and practicality, ensuring that G.M. Mechanical remains financially strong without compromising our goals.

When she’s not at work, Teresa is an adventurer at heart. She loves travelling, swimming, boating, and camping, anything that brings her closer to nature and allows her to unwind. When Spring comes, Teresa is excited to embark on fresh camping adventures, exploring the outdoors and making memories with loved ones.
Her dream is to one day retire on “some beach, somewhere,” a vision that perfectly captures her love for relaxation and the outdoors. We can all picture her enjoying that well-deserved rest, surrounded by the beauty of a sunlit shore.
